Can't see any characters.

Upon launching the game everything works fine. When i start the singleplayer, i can't see any characters, i can see only floating guns. I have 50fps while playing. I looked at the discussions and couldn't find anything like this. Help please.

Did check the cache and files?

Yes i did and everything is fine with the files. I reinstalled the game multiple times.

Do you have any DLC installed or mods, Any map packs etc. Anything extra?

and what are your graphic settings is anything exeeding like resolution?

I have a multiplayer expansion pack installed. My resolution is 1366x768. But i also tried 1024x768.

Have updated your drivers? or do you have any virus scanners that deletes files because it thinks that its a trojan?

My anti virus didn't delete any files i triple checked. My drivers are all updated to the recent ones. My graphics is radeon r6 graphics.

do you have the smae problem playing multiplayer or just singleplayer?

I have the same problem, turn out it's about Direct X synchronization. By default the game use Direct X 9. Because my PC use Direct X 11, It doesn't match. When I change the setting in the game menu, by then I can see my character. I hoped it will work for you..

Lol m8, thank you so much, I can't believe it was so easy, i just have to change it Direct x 11. If you're a csgo player i can give you some cases for your help.
