How to use Dizzy's IK?

It's probably the worst IK in the game.

That's just an Instant Kill... Realistically, IKs don't matter and never show up in real matches unless maybe if the other guy got dizzied. If you never bother using IKs, that's not actually a loss at all, don't be feeling like you need to be using them properly to be good or something.

Late to the party, but you can also IK off of 2H(down heavy slash). Not that it makes it any better to use.

There's a good few characters who can IK A.B.A if you knock her down and Moroha mode runs out. The amount of time she's stunned for can mean an instant round loss.

Granted, A.B.A shouldn't let that happen in the first place, but it's a possibility

The great majority of the cast can do so, she's high risk/reward due to this.

Ok, I was trying to perform Dizzy IK but probably I'm doing something wrong. Can You explain the input step by step? I'm trying to use it during the Respect but still no results. Do I have to put P + HS at the same time or first P -> HS? Any help would be appreciated.
