How to do a FRC
I hear people talking about them but they don't say how you do them

Roman Cancels are when you press the Punch, Kick and Slash buttons at the same time during a move to cancel it and take away 50% tension. They're red in colour.

False/Force Roman Cancels (FRCs) are when you perform a Roman Cancel during certain specials with very good timing, are blue in colour and only take 25% tension allowing you to continue a combo and end it in a super.

I think I got it anyway
You hit three of any combination of P, K, S or H. (PKS, KSH, etc) You can only FRC during specific points during certain moves. If you do them at other times, you'll get a regular RC if the opponent is in hit stun. FRC's are blue, and RC's are red.

To see what moves have RC points, you can go into training mode and turn on the input display. If a move has an RC point, it will flash blue during that period in which you're able to do one.

Yep, it's about just after you make contact, a slight delay. As said, if you turn on the input display on training mode, it will flash blue as a visual indicator when you're able to.

FRCs are move specific, and like some mentioned, you can find out if a particular move (normal/special/overdrive) have a FRC point by going into training mode and turning on the display input function. The bar will flash blue for a short duration during a move's animation (can be startup/recovery), that is the FRC timing. Most FRC timings last for 2 - 3 frames with a few exceptions that have 1 frame, or longer frames.

The input to activate RCs/FRCs is any combinations of three buttons (commonly PKS), other than the Dust button.

Some info with RCs/FRCs:

RCs (RED) can only be done on moves that physically connects to your opponent. In other words, you cannot RC a move that whiffs, or a special/overdrive projectile move (because your character is not hitting anything, technically, the projectile is).

RCs require 50% of your tension bar.

FRCs (BLUE) can be executed as long as your move successfully reaches the frame point for FRC for that move, and can be done even on whiff (trick or treat?)

FRCs require 25% of your tension bar.

I think that's about it.
