If you create a macro in the program and set it to a button on your controller, you can set the macro to wait a certain length of time (down to the millisecond) and then hit the replay key on your keyboard (I think N in the default).
What the hassle is, you need to manually set the delay depending on what your knockdown is. I think the last time I used it, I was just testing safe jumps off I-No's 2D. So the delay I used looked like this;

If you set the macro key to the same button as you have for dust, it will start the macro at the exact same time as you hit the dummy with 2D. The same goes for a knockdown with any other button; if you want the dummy to do something after volcanic viper into the kick ender, you'd set the button macro to whatever you use for K on the controller.
Again, it's a pain, but you can least get the dummy to consistently do what you want on wakeup if you set the delay correctly. But you'll be changing that delay every time you want to test out something else.
If you want to see it working, you can take a look. You can see it's a true reversal, as it appears when Ky does the wakeup DP each time.
