Suggestions for updates

The updates lately have been incredible. You guys are killing it. The only things I can see making this game better now are:
-Crossplay across all consoles + pc. It'd be nice to see those versions get these updates.
-Simultaneous fights in a lobby with more than 2 players (like skull girls where several battles can happen in a room at the same time)

Probably asking too much here but:
-Private/public tournament mode where a large lobby of invited players can have random battles amongst each other over a set time period, and the highest win count at the end is the victor (similar to pokken). I just love this mode when it's offered. It's mad fun with a lot of friends.

I don't think crossplay would be possible. This games uses Steam servers which are different to the console servers. Unless Valve implements some kind of native crossplay feature into their own servers (like Epic does) developers will have to redirect all the traffic to their own servers (which is raises de costs).

On the other hand, console updates would be nice.

For crossplay to happen the rollback update has to be rolled out to the other platforms, which probably will never happen because those platforms are the Switch, PS3 and Xbox 360.
The devs are at the mercy of this whole mess ArcSys left them with, which is why there is no rematch online.

I don't think PS3 and 360 versions will get rollback or crossplay cause of the age of those platforms. Switch? Maybe.

That and there's no point in updating a version of a game that you soon won't even be able to sell anymore.

There are rumors the playstation store for PS3 might shutdown. Nevertheless, it's probably a lot of work for the developers to implement crossplay between older gens to play with PC. Support is more probable on the Switch, but it all depends on the developers. It also would make sense if they also decide to launch GG XXAC+R on XBox One/PS4 or the current gen and then support crossplay.
