Tips for beating I-No on Arcade?

I managed to beat Dizzy with Bridget after 10 tries, but for I-No I just can't figure out a way to deal with her. Her combos deal massive damage, and her guitar specials are insane. I can avoid the sine and the upward curve ones, but the triangle one is almost impossible to evade effectively, and even blocking it didn't save me from losing tons of health. I tried block/countering her other moves but the best I could do was to wear her down to 40% HP before I get killed. Can someone share a reliable method on how to beat her?

Yeah i-no has been a prty BS boss even in earlier versions of the game.
Honestly i've played through the arcade mode of #reload a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of times so i can say that there isn't much of a reliable method to beat her other than keeping her at a distance and trying to really punisher her when she tries to dash in for a combo.
Dont air dash towards her since you risk getting hit with the bs aireal overdrive without a chance to block.
And as for the orb specials, they are suprisingly easy to avoid once you get the hang of it.
(aslong as you're not playing as potemkin)
-The corner one you just gotta croutch in the corner
-The triangle one you gotta stand at bout half a screen lenght away from her then just walk forward(dont run) and get close to her but not too close otherwise you risk getting hit
-The full screen one you just gotta get kinda close to her and double or even a single jump in the right moment will fully evade it
Dont try to block these, even with faultless defence she'll rip through a huge chunk of your health and your tension meter

tl;dr
Be very offensive and practice until you get the hang of it
Ik its frustrating at first but you'll get used to it

Thanks for the tips. I'll try again to see how I can manage. She seems easier to fight with Sol, but for Bridget it looks like I'm going to need a lot more practice.

Wow, I finally managed to beat her with Sol on Maniac (time out with a few pixels of health left though). I think I'm gradually learning her moves. Thanks a lot man.

Thanks for the info. Does that mean I can select any character and swap out for Gold Justice/Johnny at the final match and it will count for that character?

Also one thing I've noticed is that I-No fights all the same regardless of which difficulty I choose. There's no difference between Beginner and Maniac at all for that last battle.

No. You can't swap for a gold character at the last fight expecting the ending to be the one of the former character. The ending will always be the ending of the character you're beating I-no and Order Sol with.

She is easier in difficulty below maniac. I don't know for all the characters, but I beat her without a lot of trouble in maniac difficulty with Sol.
If you have trouble dealing with I-no, you won't be able to beat Order Sol who is much, much stronger, powerful and can have health regeneration. But you can still win the arcade mode even if you lose against him though.

Golds r neat and all but you get more of a sence of acomplishment if you manage to beat it without a crutch

Uh... So how do I unlock gold characters? I've read some guides here and there and they said gold characters can be unlocked through Survival mode, but I've beaten it and I only see EX characters, not gold ones. Am I missing something?

no i think they're unlocked from the get go, you just got to pick the right color pallete, not sure which one it is tho.

Thanks for the info. In the end I got gold characters by pressing Dust with Slash color selected. I can't use them in MOM mode though.

Yeah i think they're unavailable in MOM and survival mode considering the game would be just too easy if they were

You unlock Shadow & Gold colours in two ways.

1. Every time you beat a "boss" character for the first time, you unlock their colour and EX moveset.

2. Play Story Mode. 1 ending unlocks that character's Shadow colour and both unlock their Gold colour.

Either keep pressure on that beatch or block its attacks and counter when it's vulnerable. If things go too bad you can try hitting it with IK right when bulletstorm phase ends (but it's not guaranteed to work). And anyway arcade ino is hella effing breeze compared to gold ino (let alone gold order sol).

i just beat her with Kliff. her AI panicks a lot when you do the Scale Ripper move. It was really funny i somehow got a Perfect on a round.

my main guy Potemkin tho seems cursed. can't do ♥♥♥♥ - especially since my buster input isnt being registered all the time with my pad.
