Can you play online anymore?

I was trying to create an online profile to play on online servers, but for some reason it didn´t work. And when I try to do it again, it is stuck on an infinite loop asking to switch to an online profile.
I am missing the 5 online achievements, and I want to "achieve" them. Anyway I can obtain them without goingo on online servers and if not, how do I create the profile and play on official servers?

"Register timeout" is the name of the error I get when creating the online profile

You can play online using LAN tunneling with Radmin or similar programs.
