Mission 3: Dangerous Ground

I am kind of confused....the reason is at start of the mission 3 i have to sneak past the village filled with foes without being detected but i kinda cant achieve that. i am always detected no matter if i run, walk, crouch or mix the movements. especially when i come near the roads no matter how careful i am i get even more detected.

The detection scale is also completely wrong in my eyes you actually have a camo uniform but it more feels like your uniform is red and blue and says
"Hey!!! look!!! i am here bro! shoot me down please!!!"

Well guess ofc over sand the green camo is worthless but i would love to have some advices from you guys. Playing the medium difficulty at that which i usually not do and do hard lol...

I don't think the game uses the color of your uniform to calculate enemy detection. It's sight line and sound of your foot steps. When crouched you make less noise, especially if you move slowly. You should be able to head almost directly toward the objective marker. You only need to pause a couple times. Get under the second house and move along the fence/left side of the road until you come to the two enemies behind the vehicle. Wait a moment then move past the front of the vehicle into the grass. When you get the message about the convoy you should wait until the one soldier walks toward you and then walks up the road to the left. Follow him and you'll get a cut scene. The next part suggests you should stay unnoticed, but it's pretty hard without killing a few of them, and then you get targeted. If you can make it to the light house cut scene it won't matter that you got noticed. You get a clean slate at that point.

Thats the thing exactly... I dont even reach the road where the 1 soldier is walking behind a row of rocks and bushes without getting detected. I watched a couple videos and there i see that the detection gauge is by me permanently actif or under slight sight so that i am in average always half detected. In videos this is not the case.i crouch under the first wooden house, there already my detection goes up to half and go back down i go further along the rocks and bushes on the left and have a slight stop to wait the one soldier go behind, then i try to get to the road but i get detected from behind on the right side from me and this most of the times, there where some attempt i reached the other side of the road but i was then detected once i arrive to the wiring.

What armor and rifle are you using? I think the heavy armor might make more noise than the light armor.

i dont know about that... just playing campaign i didnt knew we can change armors. Just the one given from campaign i guess

Well in the end i ended up stopping the current mission and i just restarted anew and there it worked, i could pass without being detected and the detection gauge didnt moved like in the previous. I am guessing it could be somehow a bug? but well in the end the question still remains why i got always detected because i did this new attempt on the exact same way and i wasnt detected like in the previous one

The game is pretty buggy. In one of the next missions you have a couple squadmates and they kept getting hung up on geometry - it seems kinda random.

I wonder, do you have a higher framerate than 60fps selected? Are you on Windows 10?

i use win 10 and depends on days and how my internet is currently. but normaly i dont exceed 60 fps on normal times with few exeptions
