Didn't work for me.
md copy
for %i in (*.wmv) do ffmpeg -i "%i" -q:a 2 -q:v 2 "./copy/%~ni.wmv"
in side (Game folder)\Game\Data\Menu\Movies
then copied it from the \Game\Data\Menu\Movies\copy folder
to the \Game\Data\Menu\Movies folder
but you can use any other video converter.
Has anyone found a REAL solution to this? I kind of think the videos might be cool IF they worked right. Hint: having us delete the video files is not a real solution, it sort of defeats the point.
1. What settings exist that will undo the upside down and black and white glitch on these videos?
2. Not the in-game options menu because that was the FIRST thing I tried and it's still screwy.
3. The in-game cut-scenes are FINE, as is the gameplay. It's just the intro video and the menu background (as well as the studio logo videos) that are messed up. They play FINE if I just run them directly from windows. But somehow the game's rendering tools flip it upside down and remove all the color.
LOL
Thanks so much for this ! This works.
Can someone please write instructions for those of us who are *NOT* programmers or engineers?
I assume you need the ffmpeg 3rd-party editor program first, then you're uspposed to take that line of code "md copy ... ni.wmv" and paste it SOMEWHERE??? in ffmpeg. But then it looks like you just listed the same folder three times in a row after that line of code? I don't know what I"m looking at here.
