Like I said, when an update is this small, it's not a game update. It's Steam updating system files that the game might be dependant on.
Is there anything with active development that compares to Google Earth VR? Or did it get good enough that nothing more is needed in this genre?
Not exactly like Google Earth, but I use Wander a lot. It uses Google Street View data and allows you to stand and "walk" in the Street View photosphere pictures.
