Can you walk on the street rather than fly?

As title suggests, is there any way to go to ground level rather than being a few meters from the ground? Any suggestion please :) Thank you in advance!

In the options, turn on "Human Scale" and you can fly all the way down to the ground.

If the street doesn't have "streetview" then there's no point in "walking on the street" All you will see are cartoonish buildings (if 3d model is available) or trees and buildings flatten around you (if no 3d model available). There are A LOT of streets with street view... Take a virtual vacation there...
