How do I stab a fury...?

So I started this game and I got to stab a fury in his volcano area for the first time. But it ain't highlighting and when I bring out the furries' list the names are greyed out. So I can't even choose it. I have no idea what the hell I'm doing wrong so can someone help me out here.. Tried googling but no similar questions.

For World Shaping you can only use Fairies bound to one of the swords you pulled out in Godly Revival. Fairies like that have a sword icon in the bottom left.

In addition to that, you cannot use equiped fairies (you will need to unequip them first), and DLC fairies (as those cant be be used in Godly Revival)

Ahh, it worked. It seems before I tried to stab a fairy that wasn't bound to a sword from Godly Revival. Much thanks!

I don't remember how long ago I put this game off, but thank you for this. Helped me progress after picking the game back up today.
