Major spoiler : Questions about plastic faced man
I chose to kill him, because I thought he had a hand in killing the former leader of my team Nightjar, their teammate Gutshot, and Carter the friend of Duncan. Why Is0bel and others did not agree much with this? It was like they do not care for revenge at all? And why I have no chance to kill Edward's Mother? She is the one single person that I want to kill the most! Why story writers why!

Some of them won't agree, that's a thing. Then again, you're not supposed to satisfy everyone in your team. More than once, they doubted my action, although I'm convinced I didn't do anything THAT wrong. Anyway, Duncan and Gobbet did liked your choice to kill that Plastic Faced Man

Otherwise, you can't kill her because fate decided that you won't encounter her (just like how we couldn't save some people we wished we could). Either that, or she had her Extremely Good Fortune which made her being absent when you assaulted Prosperity Tower.

It's a shame the writers just wrote her off committing suicide in some sort of jail, i mean for all that she did to everyone, she should had suffered far more painful death than that. Not satisfactory at all. In retrospect she should be the one that the player has to deal with in the extended edition and not that Kraig or whatever her name was, to give some of the players a chance to really kill her the way we wanted.

Well, in my point of view, it's a good depiction of the fact that we can't always get what we want.

You're a shadowrunner. You should never be in a position to so much as touch Josephine Tsang. That ain't how the world works.

The god doesn't have a megacorp at their beck and call. In Shadowrun, the megas eclipse even the power of the gods. I think it says this a few times, tongue-in-cheek perhaps, but the Hong Kong story does kind of illustrate this point.

I also personally think Qian Yi makes for a poor final boss in the Shadowrun universe, but that's subjective. She is admittedly relatively weak so far as deities go, being in a pantheon of several shadow entities who were themselves defeated by the major pantheon of their religion. So she's not particularly representative of that class.

To me, the reason that you are not presented the chance to kill Josephine Tsang is because the story writers do not want you to kill your own grandmother no matter how wrong she was. Family value and all that. It is not that the goddess is less powerful than Josephine Tsang, is it because of the writers family value and where they draw the line between forgivable and unforgivable persons. Even when your grandmother was actively trying to kill the whole bunch of you, you just cannot kill her, because she is your grandmother for god sake!

That seems like kind of a stretch considering you have to kill Duncan and Raymond, your brother and father, if you accept Qian Ya's deal. The writers are fine with you murdering your family if the situation calls for it. Personally, I think her end was fitting. You just running up and shooting her wouldn't be a satisfying ending- she'd get a quick and easy death. Instead, her company fails, she's taken off the executive counsel, gets disgraced in front of the whole country, and dies in a prison, wretched and with nothing to her name, like the many who suffered in the Walled City. As I see it, that's better than just killing her. The only better end for her that I can think of is if you could somehow killer her with the fortune engine or send her to the plane with the Yama Kings, but you can't get everything. It's worth noting, though, that if you don't dig up the dirt on her in Prosperity Tower, she gets off scot-free (from what I've heard at least), so you have to earn her demise.
