On Earth, the overall profit for each building is averaged automatically once you get the second set of Managers. Which building is the most profitable changes throughout the game, earlier on the Oil rig is the most, later Lemonade Stands take over, and where I am (unvigintillions of Angel Investors), the Donuts are the best.

Calculating ahead for me, it looks like oil becomes most profitable at the end as well. (500 trigintillion angels). Right now, oil is at 4.2 quattuorsexagintillion/sec (abbreviating as qs/sec), and donuts are at 101 qs/sec. Oil has a x75 (x25, x3) multiplier left, while donuts only have a x3 multiplier. Calculating ahead with those multipliers, oil will be at 315 qs/sec, while donuts will be at 303 qs/sec (discounting the other x2/all multiplier which I will get from getting newspapers to 3900)

I got to the same result some days ago when I calculated it.
My estimated ranking looks like this:
oil: 9617,85
donut: 9545,94
bank: 2874,93
cars: 1480,92
pizza: 935,322
news: 385,344
hockey: 370,47
lemons: 268,2
movie: 165,198
shrimp: 20,82
The numbers is what I calculated with the multipliers from my current status, not containing how much each business will increase on it's by reaching up to that multipliers. Since oil needs another 500 and donuts only 200, oil will most likely be a little more ahead than it looks like. And hockey could possibly overtake news at the very end, since it's 250 vs 100.

Final multiplier listed is multiplier from capping the number of businesses, it's (# of business final milestone / # of business owned) - if no multiplier is listed, then I have all multipliers for that business.
