You are also wrong its nothing to do with the wait its broken learn how to read its all over the fourms i have every right to over react if you knew anything you would know its a bug even with a manager the oil rigs are not giving anyone any money also i had quickly edit that post

This. Sure it can get a bit annoying to see the same questions pop up time and again (especially when the answer is in a sticky) but seeing you constantly freak out with caps lock is far far worse. My advice, just ignore these topics.

Technically you're both right. Oil will give you money if you have the game open, however, if you have the game closed then Oil will not give you money. It is a known bug and it is being fixed.
