Is really worth buying angels managers?

I mean..... angels increase my multipler of sales and buying to any manager decreases that multipler. So its really worth buying it?

Also: do they come back if I spend on managers?

It's worth it once you got enough angels to be able to buy them without losing too many angels.

If you have so many angels that their cost does not matter (like 900 quadrillion angels) then buying them won't have a really noticeable effect on your income, since you're spending such a small percent of your current angels. The same goes for how you should typically go for angel upgrades.

Any spent angels do not come back. So long as you can easily make back what you spend (and at a minimum double the amount you had at the beginning of the reset) then you should be fine. Moon is a different beast, though.
