Not getting idle cash at all!

so i've heard, when you log off the game, then log back on, you should get the cash earned inbetween logging off and logging on (i.e. if you earn 10 bucks an hour then log off for 10 hours, you should have 100 bucks when you get back on). i've seen screenshots of the notification but i never get it myself. i've had the game for a few days and played several hours but even after 8+ hours of idle away time (game closed and i have hired managers) i get no notifications what so ever and no bonus money (200 trillion when i log off and 200 trillion when i log back on for example) its really annoying as thats one of the most important things for progression. its getting seriously annoying. any thoughts?

again yes i have managers for every single building, all of them are also under 10 mins to complete so if its a time thing that shouldn't be affecting it...

Provide screenshots before next logoff and after next login with at least 30 minutes difference.

i doubt it, i tried it with cloud syncing disabled. i also tried with my internet dissabled. i did get it to work but only by running the exe directly from the game's root directory....not sure why.
