My Megabuck Strategy
Alright, lots of discussion about them megabucks and i'll be sharing how I plan to spend mine.
I'm currently at the endgame where everything takes FOREVER, I'm talking something like 3-4 days between resets. With gold boosts.

I have 60 Quattortrigintillion Angels on Earth, 50 Quadrillion on Moon and 70 MegaBucks to spend.

Current Plan and what I think are solid investments:

1) Oxygen Bars. This one is a no-brainer. Oxygen is just, incredibly good at any and all levels on the moon. It starts to fall later on, but htat's MUCH later on.

2) Lemonade Stands. Yeah, ive heard some people complain that its a waste and donuts are the way to go, but honestly Lemonades are the one that skyrocket you in new tiers every time. While it falls at few points, whenever there,s a new series of crazy multipliers, he's always the first to get it, which helps you get the other ones. ex: It's the first to get the glorious x30 from newspaper and that makes it generate a crapton of money.

3) Cheese Mines. While they may not be the best, they are a solid income generator for the moon and will help you get more megabucks to get more ♥♥♥♥.

4) Giant Lasers. While they do fall off drastically in between upgrades (They're generating less than 2% of my total income right now), when you uprgrade them, they're a powerhouse of money so it's most likely worth it.

5) Moon Express. I found that thought kinda hilarious as I put them right there along the lines of other ♥♥♥♥♥♥ business, but they have really really good scaling. At 500, they are generating 60% of my total income on the moon. That definitely deserve its golden ticket.

6) Car Wash. Yeah, they arent the greatest of Earth business early on, but they always seems to be just behind donuts most of the time (right next to pizza) but after you get the x30 bonus they are just straight up stupid good.

7) Donuts. Yeah, its that's low on my list because they're personally pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ever since I hit the wall of an endgame that is post-4000 newspaper, but if we remove the x30 business, he's still kicking ♥♥♥ compared to everything else, so boosting it will probably help you get to this point. For people with much lower progress, this should be much higher on your list.

Next Megabuck purchase: Pizza Shop, Because i'll have the x30 to them by that point...and probably donuts... and probably shrimp but who actually cares about shrimp amirite?

Honorable Mentions:
Oil has its great moment but Im seems incredibly lackluster in the endgame, because its huge boost comes so incredibly late.

Werewolf Colony and Helium Farms are also things I would like to boost, but they will have to wait a while longer. Helium will probably gain value by the time i can afford it, but I dont know if Werewolves are actually going to be worth it.

Thanks for the info. I'm little bit behind you, but taking note of your findings. I'm currently on 250 duotrigintillion angels on Earth, 48 quadrillion on the Moon, bought three tickets and can buy three more.

On Earth I spent one for oils. At 7000, they have the best income and still 11 unlock bonuses left, although you're right, they do get the cash/angel/newspaper multipliers last (didn't think about that when I spent a ticket on it :P).

At the moment it goes like this for me on Earth - oils (7000) > banks (6250) > donuts (4500) > newspapers (4000) > pizza (4300) > car wash (4100) > hockey (5000) > lemons (7250) > movies (5500) > shrimp (4750).

I agree with the lemons idea in general, but at the moment, they aren't generating enough for me to want to use tickets on them. But maybe soon. I also agree on donuts not being the best thing (at least not anymore). Past 4500 they start doing 250 intervals and have only 7 unlocks left.

On the Moon I spent one ticket on lasers the other on cheese mines. Laser is sort of a safe bet with lots of unlocks left and good big multipliers. Even though they aren't cheap, I still figure it's a good bet.

Lots of people have indeed said they've spent tickets for things like heliums (probably because of the graphs included in the detailed moon guide), but as you said, they become good at later stages, so I'd rather spend at least one ticket on a business that's generating good money now, and that's a decision between oxygens and cheese mines. Dunno really why I chose cheese mines instead of oxygens.

Probably gonna spend one more on moon express, and possibly one on oxygen, that leaves me with one ticket which I'm not at all sure what to spend on.

I don't imagine it making all that big of a difference. At the start, I liked the game and spent some money to get the permanent x6 bonus on Earth. So that applies to everything, and isn't that much less than what the tickets give.

Things are still glacier on the Earth where it takes weeks to even do anything. Yeah, the tickets will help a little, but will still probably be weeks between getting to do anything.

No other way to look at it really, waiting weeks between getting to do anything just isn't fun.

I'm still at 3950 newspapers. I've been playing since the first 2 weeks this game came out. This is how far you get when you DON'T buy gold. I'm not against spending money on in game currency, but it boggles my mind that some of you will buy it on single players games like this one where the only objective is to make more fake money.

What about Helium-3 Farms?

I forgot about a multiplier somewhere, making me believe they wouldnt be good until 700+, which i'm still nowhere near. Turns out they get pretty good at the 600 mark, which is much closer. Guess they'll be my next ticket.

It seems like a very fine line between using tickets on purchase that are going to be good in the future and spending them on business that are good at the moment to make sure "the future" isnt 9 months away.

Which is why we should have the ability to respec them, considering their heavy price, it seems like the best way to not make MegaBoosts be good. for 55 gold, you can get x9 to ALL businesses. which, despite being additive, is probably going to give better returns unless you already have hundreds of gold boost. Oh well.

I'm a bit ahead of you, but this is pretty much exacly what I did. The other business really are not worth upgrading. Today I reached 200 lasers and my next ticket ( I have 9 mega bucks so 1 left currently) will go towards them which will be another huge boost.

For moon my order is:

1 - moon express
2 - helium 3
3 - lasers
4 - (coming) probably cheese or wolfs (didnt make the math yet)
5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 not sure yet

Earth:

1 - lemon
2 - car wash
3 - pizza
4 - oil
5 - (coming) donuts
6, 7, 8, 9, 10 not sure yet

i've got a problem with this shib tho.... so are the mega buck boosts broken or what. Because my carwash is at 1.381 duoseptuagintillion a second.... and yeah it slowly creeps up in about 6 seconds at LEAST to get a duoseptuagintillion. Broken or what? I don't really care to read though a lot of the official forum posts out right now to find the answer.

The entire game is broken. While the game is on, you only get a fraction of the income you're supposed to get. Switch between Moon and Earth repeatedly, and look how much faster your earth progress. It's kinda silly.

It's interesting seeing everybody's strategies. Here's what i did:

I am in the 3500-4000 range on news to donuts, and 5000-6000 range on shrimp to oil (and lemons). And I've reached the Cana-dough upgrade.

So to see what my best rate-earners are, I reset and bought everything up to only 3500. That way I could directly compare the profit rates.

I spent my five tickets on news, car, pizza, donuts, and hockey. If I ever manage to get another ticket, it will go toward the shrimp.

You don't need to spend money when you can just cheat, as you did.

Well you've screwed up somewhere along the way. You are far ahead of me on Earth and Moon and I have everything gilded on both. And haven't spent a dime.

Still have a few months to go on Moon and an eternity to go on Earth.

I have approximately 1 Quadrillion angels on Earth and approximately 22 Decillion angels on the Moon. For the Moon I have 379 Giant Lasers and 1852 Oxygen Bars; for Earth I have 886 Oil Companies and 1221 Lemonade Stands. I have been playing the game since mid-December of 2015, and I have been playing on Earth longer than the Moon. I have achieved this with no Mega Boosts (although just a couple minutes ago I used all 2 of my Mega Boosts to boost Lemonade Stands and Oxygen Bars.)

This is where I think I go wrong (for Earth)/right (for the Moon). I use, compared to what I see on the Internet, an odd upgrade strategy. This is how it tends to go right after a restart:

1) I tap the first business once, then buy all the businesses, then buy all the managers (just the managers that run your companies for you) for the businesses.
2) On Earth, I buy all the managers that make businesse's level up cost 10% less and show cash/sec.
3) I start purchasing levels for all the businesses EQUALLY in a sense that when I have run out of money to level up businesses, all of their x1 level prices cost the exact same.
4) I then upgrade all my businesses one set of businesses at a time; meaning I buy the very first cash upgrade for Lemons, Newspapers, Car Washes, etc. up to the first cash upgrade that upgrades all businesses.
5) I now repeat step 3 and then step 4 until the cash upgrade that upgrades all businesses costs more than the price of the levels of my businesses, and I can't level up the businesses any further without making the x1 level prices uneven.
6) I then purchase any angel upgrades I can afford without making too much damage to my current angel count.
7) I then repeat steps 3, then 4, then 5, until my cash flow has slowed to a point where I can no longer repeat.
8) At this point I either have enough accumulated angels to double (or in many cases do a LOT more than double) my angels upon restart, or I have to sit and wait for the game to make more angels in order to be able to double my angels. Once I have enough accumulated angels to double my angel count, I restart the game.

NOTE: The most important part in my strategy is keeping the x1 level prices the same on ALL businesses at ALL times.

At this point in my game, using this strategy, it takes about 2 days for me to be able to reset on Earth and 2-4 hours to reset on the Moon. Yes, with doubling my angels 100% (or more) each time.

Now this strategy works extremely well for me on the Moon but, from what I am seeing here, terribly on Earth. If anyone wants to try my strategy on the Moon you are more than welcome to.

I would love some tips as to how to get my businesses to make me some decent cash and angels on Earth. If you have any questions or tips, PLEASE reply to my comment and let me know (YES even those of you that don't have a Steam account yet! Make one and reply!)

This thread was made a looong time ago, back before the Moon was revamped, and it took a several months just to reach 100 lasers, and another year or two to reach 200 lasers. This may be why you're seeing odd strategies related to Moon, because it used to take forever and a half to get anywhere, and Cheese was the 2nd best business, now its the 2nd worst.

As for your post: Depending on where you are, Earth's best business moves around a lot. Early on its often Lemon, Oil or Donuts. Then Cars and Pizza also become remarkably good (because they keep upgrading every 100, while Donut, Lemon and Oil upgrades every 250)

Resetting when you double your angels is still the way to go. Earth just takes a long time. and the more unlocks you get, the longer it's going to take. As long as you have boosted Oxygen Bars on Moon, you'll be fine until you finish it. Mars doesnt requires any boosts, save your megabucks to boost all ten of Earth's businesses.

The last time I reset Earth and doubled my angels was a month ago. (That's 30 days at x30 speed, Basically 3 years for a free player). So, dont o finish earth too seriously, it's mathematically impossible until they fix it.
