But the newspaper is by far the most expensive on earth o.O
On the Moon I boosted Oxygen Bars and Lasers that were the best ones for the whole game until the end. At the end the Amusement Parks became the best and they far out-do both Oxygen Bars and Lasers. I was thinking of boosting Werewolves at one point but I ended up skipping it. It might have added some revenue at the time but now that I've finished the Moon there's no reason to boost wolves any longer, especially because Amusement Parks would still far out-do them after such boosting.
On Earth... I do a boost every time one item becomes the highest profiter (in cash per second) or close to one. I think I've boosted 6 items there (Lemon, Car Washes, Pizzas in anticipation of their newspaper boost at 4300 newspapers, Donuts, Oil and maybe also Banks). The rest of them don't profit enough to warrant a boost.
Moon: Oxygen and lasers will be the best for most of the game, with oxygen being 99.99% of your profits for a long time. Amusement parks catch up later and will far surpass everything else in the end. Moon boots are always ♥♥♥♥ so I don't understand why you would boost them.
Mars: Much like earth the best investment changes throughout the game, but in the end your income will be about 75% buggles, 23% ambassadors, 2% life pods, 0.1% red dirt with everything else being negligible. Terror spiders and heck portals are laughably bad in the end.
