How people finish events so fast?
I was reading some posts here and in Reddit and there are people who already finished the space event. How is this possible? I have sextillion angels already and there are people that finished the event days ago. It's not the first time I see this, in the previous event, the Hero one, same thing, I couldn't finish it and there were people who finished it days ago.

How you do that?

invest in the highest investment if possible and unlock other investments later, simple thing.. also dont reset angels always if doubled, watch out for important upgrades first

the event before was just to figure out that the good side is the way to go and to invest in the left side if an unlock was possible

Some people are really active and probably used the x3 boost a long time. Me, I'll be finishing it in a few hours when I wake up. Also it helps if you make a plan.

Yeah, there are people who just buy stuff as it goes and reset whenever they feel is right...
and then there are the people that crunches all the numbers into spreadsheets, analyze the best investments, calculate how long it would take at the current income rate to get the next upgrades, and think if resetting would be in their best interests at that moment.

Think doing all those spreadsheets, algorithm and number crunching is silly and a waste of time for such a simple game? If yes, then that's why some people finish all the events days ahead of you.

I thought my progress was slow because I didn't reset oftenly. I've read in reddit that people who resets frequently has better chances to end the event sooner. Don't know if is true.

then there are people who spend all their money on boosts... i prefer to just play it normally for free and see how far i get.

These seem to more a lil faster so reseting at double is cutting yourself short a bit.. wait a bit longer til you reset and grows faster..

To be honest, I got a hunch people use boosts or auto-clickers because I've been playing since launch and resetting several times a day, and I'm at a wall with 4 quintillion angels. The profitcaster is useless at this point as it gains me fractions of angels, sow how are they breaking this wall without boosts or autoclickers? Once you hit furry buddies, everything else is trivial. I dont get it. And quite frankly, boasting on the forum of an app game kinda says "I used extra methods but wanted to brag."

When I acquired furry buddies, I would initially reset every 15 minutes because every tick of them gave crazy amount of angels. It was pretty ridiculous (I would easily x10 to x50 my angels), Acquired the profit x7 and it made it even go crazier.

No autoclickers or boosts used. Still finished a day and a half ago. I do have two monitors and I would watch stuff on youtube for hours while manually keeping the profit caster up like once or twice though.

ProfitCaster is a flat x3 bonus to everything, including furry buddies. Its never useless, unless you dont extend it and do not get a single tick of them with it up.

I've found this event to be ambling along at a reasonable pace. I am only on around 91 of the ast invesmtents and a ways off from finishing yet, but I still have 4 days. I think I might actually finish this one with 12 hours or more to spare. Not been exciting, but I've enjoyed being able to go at a slightly more relaxed pace!! (I got something like 2/15 for the superhero thing!)

Yeah I just haven't been able to dedicate hours at a time to the profitcaster. Even if I was I don't think I would have. Carpal tunnel blockage here I come!

I am not a fan of the click to maintain profit boosts, but as long as it's beatable without them then whatever.

Agree with you there, but at least this one was reasonably easy to keep up, and lasted 10 seconds. It's much better than the other ones where they would either last 4 seconds (so you can barely buy businesses while its up) or requires 10 clicks to extend it one second. (That one was incredibly frustating.)
As others have already mentioned, this was the easiest event so-far, every business you unlocked was better than the one before, i finished the event yesterday (900 Barfbuckets) and only used the x3 multiplier thingy on the first reset to gain angels fast.

Those that finished it even faster either reset just as they doubled their angels, or they were playing from mobile which get the x2 multiplier from watching adds.

I finished on Friday morning, and the event started Tuesday afternoon for me. I didn't waste any Gold on it (as usual for me), and I kept the ProfitCaster going for long periods of time. Right now, I'm trying to save up ★10 vigintillion for the last possible M, and I'm at ★3.326 vigintillion currently. No spreadsheets, autoclickers, or anything unnecessary, btw. Also had ad boosts, which are helpful. (Fun fact: the currency for this event (★) is called Star Bux, according to the Currency Exchange.)

There was really no reason to go past 300 on any of the investments in this event, because by the time you could they had the approximate value a used tissue in a public restroom trash can has to Bill Gates.
I definitely recommend paying attention to how many angels you're making when your more valuable investments go through. Once it starts trickling down to nothing, that's usually a good time to reset. Keeping an eye on when you'll be able to make a significant upgrade (IE: Getting a new Angel Investor sacrifice tier without costing yourself too many of your angels, and 10x multipliers to your highest available product, and of course the 7.77x multipliers). Once you're close to achieving any of those goals, it's usually a good idea to wait it out, unless a reset will net you a significant boost to your speed.

This event, like many before them, hits a point where you just start gaining massive amounts of angels very quickly. It's slow to start, but after a point it ramps up very fast. Unlike some events though, there is an end-game wall where you'll just have to wait it out, and it's with the Vomit Buckets in particular since you need 900 of them to get what will likely be your final reward.

Also, for this event, only the most valuable investment you have available to you is worth a crap. Even the second most valuable ones are only worth a fraction of the most valuable one you have. It's only really early on that you benefit from the crappier investments. That, and you do need to put some money into them in the end-game in order to get all the rewards.
