1. Take care to not spend Angels on that big, huge Angel upgrade too soon. Think about your effective multiplier for the Angels you would have remaining as well as how long it would take to get back to where you were before making that purchase, and all will be well.
2. Do NOT spend Megabucks on Mars. Spend 10 Megabucks on Oxygen Bars on the Moon, but otherwise, hold on to your Megabucks for dear life and spend them ALL on Earth. Get all Platinum Boosts and get all Platinum Upgrades. You will never finish Earth without them.
Once you've bought every boost on Earth, spend Megabucks on the Moon, but not until you get the x7777 boost on Earth.
3. Mars will almost finish itself within two to four weeks. The Moon will be a great test of your patience, but once you get 2880 Oxygen Bars, the game speeds up again and stays that way to a satisfying conclusion. Moon really is the best put-together planet: fast start, grinding and grueling middle, and finally a speedy endgame.
4. Hold onto your Gold bars for dear life. You don't need to ever buy suits. x3 multipliers are not a good value. Think of your gold cost per multplier always. x99 is your best value, and do your research on flux capacitors, profit speed (maybe a suit is a good idea after all?), etc.
5. Check out the AdCap wiki (google it), as it is (at this writing) usually as up-to-date a place on the internet for game stats, etc.
6. Check out the forums and reddit. You'll find a lot of griping (from me, too), but there's plenty of good information to be found.
7. Have fun!
If you can buy a lot of upgrades for the same price (for example one x3 upgrade for every asset), check your income per asset and upgrade the strongest first. Don't rely on the quickbuy button. If you pick the right one, it's almost as good as trippling your whole income. If you buy the weakest first, it's as good as no improvement.
And also consider not buying some upgrades and grind till the next stronger. Same situation. x3 for each asset for 10 $ each. And for 50$ you get x3 for all. Think about buying the 5 strongest first. Then buy x3 for all and after that the rest. This will really help. This situation comes up in endgame Earth twice as far as I can remember.
