Game stuck on loading screen.

No matter what I do , no matter where I search , No matter who helps me from a normal average person to a game developer , I cannot manage to play the game because it remains stuck in the loading screen , I tried absolutely everything , from running in compatibility mode with every type of windows , reinstalling the game , verifying the integrity , deleting regedit files , reseting the PC ,and so on. It's so frustrating that it no longer works , and I just want to have fun , someone , anyone, please help me , somehow.

i have the same problem, wanted to play yesterday but never got past the loading screen

happens with bad internet.

for whatever reason sometimes my internet just sits there, says connected but doesn't do anything for a bit. then it does.

pipes, everyones home for Covid telecommuting while bingewatching netflix.

I'm sorry to say this but my internet goes over 700 MB/ps upload and download so I don't think that is a problem at all.

It says my play time it about an hour, but I never got past the loading screen.

did you try reinstall to another hdd?

The event button does not show up when i start this game, and it goes to a blank screen when i press adventure to switch planets from earth. a few minutes ago restarting the game seemed to get things working for a minute or two, but checking the leader boards i got a "server timed out error"

so the server might have crashed.

Sure log into your pihole and unblock this "ca87.playfabapi.com" or just add it to whitelist manually
