Not everyone uses auto clickers to cheat like you do. Some of us actually play the game legitimately which is how it was intended to be played. I don't need to cheat to enjoy the games I play. For us legitimate players who don't cheat, removing ESC key exiting the program would be very useful, but I guess if you're cheating with an auto clicker I can see how it really wouldn't matter.
You're actually a great example of why many players are quitting multiplayer and getting into co-op or campaign games more and more. Can't even play a simple game like Adventure Capitalist to compete without people cheating. It's pathetic and sad people cheat in multiplayer games.
S. Lee stated the situation where it happens most. If you can't understand that then it's likely you're not ever going to understand the issue.
Would it bother you somehow if the ESC to exit feature was disabled or configurable to be turned off? Will it affect your game play experience in some drastic way that is a problem?
I don't see why this is such a problem for you to understand the reasoning of as it's been explained already.
Offering the ability to disable ESC to exit would be useful for the players. More options that help the players which don't impede other player play experiences are positive features to have in a video game are they not?
It's not a huge request in all honesty. It also affects nobody else's play experience in any way other than offering an alternative means to exit the game other than using the ESC key. It's about making the game and program itself more user/player friendly.
