Gilding with megatickets working in event?

In the current event ('Insert Coins to Continue) there doesn't seem to be a way to gild resources using megatickets. The game happily sold me the tickets, of course, but I can't find a way to use them, unlike some other recent events.

Anyone got this working?

You can't guild event investments with pre bought mega tickets. You can only buy them with gold.

That does seem to be the way currently.

I have the same issue : I used a gold ticket I had in another event so I bought some for this one. But I can't see how to use them.

You can only use the guilding for the single event - this is how the company makes money. Save your gold for multipliers or flux capilators.
