Making It Rain event rewards not awarded

So the event ended sometime yesterday, and no rewards have been given. This used to happen after every event when the new event rewards launched, I thought it was fixed now but apparently not!

Rewards can be delayed at times. Have you tried closing the application and rebooting your PC?

Yes, multiple times.

Yes and still no event reward today when I loaded up to start the next event... Speaking of which what the heck happened to the tiers? Previous event I finished Tier 6 or 7 (whichever was the rank 101 down to 2500?) this event Tier 10 is 151-250? Either you've banned 99.9% of the player base for cheating or you just don't want to give most of the players any rewards any more! Pretty disappointing if it's the latter.

Same problem on last event. Although it's been a long time since it previously happened to me it's frustrating..

-PlayFab ID (Tap on the Menu (three lines at bottom) > tap on "Connect")
-A screenshot of your event rank (menu > AdVentures > Events > Making it Rain)

The Making it Rain event is no longer active, so I cannot take a screenshot of my event rank. Or is there a completely different menu that I'm not aware of?

The event isn't showing in my event history, it's totally absent rather than being there and having no progress listed, it just isn't there (which would explain why the rewards weren't given, if it hasn't logged at all?) I only have "Making It Rain 2017" listed, way down the list. How should I proceed with regards to emailing support without being able to screenshot it?

Our support team can still help you out with getting your Event rewards. They'll need your PlayFab ID, and just let them know your specific scenario.
