An Important Update From The Hyper Hippo Team

To our dearest Steam Capitalists,

AdVenture Capitalist has had one heck of a ride since our launch on Steam way back in March of 2015. When AdVenture Capitalist was dreamt up, there was no predicting the amazing community we would grow. We’re so extremely grateful to each and every one of you. Steam Capitalists will always be the original Cash-tronauts in exploring the unknown Cash-iverse.

We know our players appreciate transparency, so with that in mind we want to make you aware of some changes coming to the game. Moving forward, our Steam and mobile versions won’t be receiving updates in conjunction with one another.

So what does that mean for all of you? Great question. The Steam version will remain OPEN and continue to get weekly events! While we’re mainly focusing on the mobile version right now, that doesn’t mean this is goodbye. As we continue to learn and grow developing on mobile, we hope to return with Steam updates in the future!

For those in need of assistance from the community, forums will also remain OPEN! Your friendly neighborhood moderators here at Hyper Hippo will be around mainly to observe and step in if needed. As always, you are more than welcome to contact us at [e-mail] with any questions or concerns.

This isn’t goodbye Steam Capitalists, as we would LOVE for you to join us on mobile. We’ve got a lot of great things planned for the end of the year and forward, and our hope is that you would consider joining us there. I would join you on the mobile if my phone would actually support anything. It is so outdated that it cannot run my internet app anymore, it can't load google maps, chrome crashes all the time here and play market need phone to be rebooted a few times to finally load. No wonder - its about 8 years old and it was a bit outdated when it was bought.

So nope, I will not join you on the mobile. However, the steam version seems to be pretty as it is now. With weekly events, it looks good. So good luck with any new products! I will check your other games some time in the future (if these are on steam too).

Thanks but no thanks Hyper Hippo. I check on AC too much as it is on the PC version, I'd rather not have it on a phone. I'd be checking it every minute of the day. I'd go mad.

If only the events also on PS4 because that version is like a wasteland. I don't think it has a single update when it first released, since it's also sometimes crashed when launched without any fixes.

The game should has a fair amount of contents on all different platform, where I can play them all at the same time. I hope the console version receive the same updates but now seems like it won't happen.

If you don't own a phone just get Bluestacks on PC to simulate having a phone so you can still play the mobile version on PC.
