What does the event reward suit do?

This is a for the guys, who reached the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the Saturday Morning Fever (or just someone, who knows what the suits do). I just want to know, if they have an effect or if they're just decoration.

btw: I'm wondering how do you reach such a big number of angels?

I don't have 1,000 Megabucks! But I already finished Earth, Moon and Mars, so useless. Unless you cheat to get 1,000 Megabucks and use that Teal Suit with any new event to get +30% angel effectiveness. This will cause that even more people will complain that certain people get to septquadragintillion angels after 1 day playing in a new event.
