Biggest copy and paste job ive ever seen. Game play is legit the exact same they've just added some new cut scenes lol. 1 new addition to gameplay i noticed is there new handball animation when you get tackled its legitimately a illegal handball and happens nearly every time you handball out of a tackle the devs probably dont even know what afl is. This should be considered fraud charging $100 for the exact same game with 1 or 2 new things you will never do in game is insane. Dont give your money to this company or else this will keep happening. This is more a minor update than a new game. Complete scam.

I am writing to request a refund for AFL 26, which I purchased on Steam and have played for just over four hours. Although I’m aware that the standard refund policy does not typically allow for refunds after two hours of playtime, I believe this case warrants an exception due to the state of the game and my experience with it.

Since installation, AFL 26 has crashed multiple times and suffers from numerous bugs that significantly impact the gameplay experience. The title feels incomplete and unpolished, resembling a beta rather than a finished retail product. Unfortunately, I had hoped these issues would be minimal, but they are widespread and have persisted throughout my time with the game.

The current Steam user rating is overwhelmingly negative, with only around 30% positive reviews. This reflects a general consensus that the game does not meet the standards expected of a paid release. Additionally, I’ve noticed disturbing behavior from the developers, including deleting critical feedback on the official forums and allegedly posting misleadingly positive reviews to counter the backlash—actions that raise serious concerns about transparency and customer respect.

I understand I took a chance on Big Ant Studios after the buggy launch of AFL 23, hoping they would deliver a better experience this time. Unfortunately, that has not been the case, and I feel misled by the state of AFL 26 at launch.

Given the circumstances, I kindly ask for a refund as an exception to the usual policy, as I do not believe the product I purchased meets the quality or functionality promised.

I've had to come back to this, multiple crashed during gameplay in player career mode. Crashed in 4th quarter and has even crashed during the song at the end of the game. Not good enough for a fresh release charging $100. I've given it a fair go but this is just ridiculous. Fix these up ASAP NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
