How do you even bring up the constellation?

So one of tzhe Tag is Online Coop, how does this work? And is this just an incremental with just bigger number or is there also some kind of Prestive layer thing? And how is the coop working? Is 1 Player hosting the world, and the others can join when it is hosted (P2P) or is the World somehow saved on a Server? I could buy, test and refund... But if possible i just ask and decide then....
