DO NOT BUY. Game is filled with game-breaking bugs and crashes and hasn't received updates since launch. I even asked a moderator in the discord "are the devs still working on this or?" and they replied with "nope". Cool concept, but this game is for sure a cashgrab rugpull. If they improve the game I'll change my review.

Not the best fishing game there is and a bit silly but for 10USD you get a funny albeit repetitive game. Main reason for recommending is this is an easy one to 100 percent for fellow achievement autists.

The game is a short incremental fishing shooter with a multiplayer aspect.

The Good: The game is fun, the loop is enjoyable, there is plenty of progression in the way of weapon upgrades and automating your fishing. There are also some fun easter eggs and ridiculous parts of the game. Its silly and has a formula that is both unique and enjoyable.

The Bad: The game is buggy. Many of the more game breaking bugs and file corrupting bugs have been fixed since launch; however, some issues, such as some weapons not allowing upgrades, inventory reshuffling on changing zones, and hit reg, are all ongoing issues. Additionally, the game is not exactly paced or balanced well. While some of this is intentional and fun such as placeable platforms being ridiculous, other items such as the weapon progression and the the trivialization of the journal when there are the 30 minute discos, make some parts of the game feel pointless. For example, the end game, new zones don't offer new challenges, merely a reskin with faster income generation meaning everything excluding the first and last island are useless except for completionism.

Overall: 6.5/10. Grab it on sale for some fun casual gaming with friends. I had a great time and beat just about all of the content within ~6 hours with friends, or wait until the game is in a more stable position before jumping in. With major bugs fixed this game is an easy 7.5 /10. With some tweaks to balance it can be an 8 or 9.
