Missing Save Zone in Lunar Subterrane B7
I re-verified the integrity of the game files, and the save zone in the western game is still missing.

You mean in the leftmost room where you find Cat-Ear hood? There's no save point there in FFIV:TAY. The rock formation is a leftover from FFIV's save point since it's a recycled asset.
