really? im one person hahaha..... are you that desperate for attention? if you need some friends dude add me and you will gain a friend and maybe some maturity...
I can no longer keep up with the constant updates that download and copy GBs of data.
Right now, my whole disk is dedicated to Ark.
Texture compression, guys. Please.
You really can't win with people, people scream for fixes and updates but then complain about updates... You can't have both.
I love updates. My issue is with just a few fixes that have nothing critical for me that takes forever to download and GBs to store, especially when your Steam library is in another drive, which means there is copy between the temp directory and the destination disk which, at least for me, locks my computer and I can't do anything else. I'm not the only one who asked for texture compression. And I said please at the end.
Texture compression is not going to fix anything it has to deal with blueprints in the specific version of unreal engine being used. I suggest getting a larger hard drive and dedicating it as a steam drive.
I have one drive exclusively for Ark with its current 253 GBs and another for the other 200 Steam games already installed.
