Display Mannequins and Display Cases for weapons and armour!

I'm not the guy to go to for mod creation, but I do have some good ideas every now and then!

Came up with this one on my way to work while thinking of some ideas for my server. Was thinking of creating some "barter" shops for the community on my server and then this idea popped into my head!
