PlayARK has been around since the beginning, we run our own dedicated servers and host what games we like, and have been supporting Australian and New Zealand players... even some internationals... for quite some time.
Our most popular game is ARK, we have 5 clustered maps for PvE [Island,Scorched Earth, Raganrok, Aberration,Extinction] and 4 clustered maps for PvP [Island,Ragnarok,Aberration,Extinction], and an additional 2 maps [Raganrok, Extinction] for our 2player Tribe cluster.

AusARK PvP

AusARK merged with PlayARK Australia in Jan 2018 and has been going steady, with populations averaging 20-30 per map.
Servers are Vanilla, no MODS with adjusted rates.
Servers are clustered and population is 'mainly' friendly... as much as a pvp server can really get, lol.

If the main PvP server gets a bit salty we have a 2 player max per tribe cluster, which has Ragnarok and Extinction, and rarely wipes as we know it takes a long time for a 2 player tribe to level up.

My mates and I moved to this PvE cluster recently and have been having a good time. Community is friendly and welcoming, admin is non obtrustive and friendly.

I've been playing on Munki's servers on and off for around 2 and a half years.

All I can say is, I've always had a good time on the servers and have found Munki to be a great admin.

i have been in this community for six months or longer and whenever i have a problem drunkmunki has help me out and he also cares about the community and if there is a update to a mod he jumps on it pretty quick. so i would say if you are looking for a good server i would highly recommend this one and try it out for your selfs

I have played on these servers since Ark was released originally PVP and now the PVE cluster as well as hosting my own. Highly recommend the PVE as a safe place to game casually and peacefully with a great community. Munki is open to suggestions to improve the servers, always quick to update and quick to deal with trolls.

I highly recommend this cluster of servers. I have played Ark since the first week it was released as alpha, and I did 2 years of PvP on official. The time investment the game demanded was ridiculous and it became a 2nd job rather than entertainment. In 2016 I moved from official to Playark servers, again on PvP. I am a solo player, and enjoyed the friendly competitve nature of the community. I also watched DrunkMunki develop in knowledge and capability as he managed the server and the many complexities of the PvP and PvE communities. I believe he has got the formula right, a reliable and trustworthy server administrator with correctly researched and applied settings on his servers to make the game challenging, yet enjoyable.

I have a demanding full time career, as well as a family, and due to the Playark selection of mods and settings I can enjoy Ark as entertainment, not as a competing time investment. I play PvE these days, so I can play the game to the full extent of it's capacity, and the community is social and helpful, and a lot of fun.
