I'm looking to create a 20-40 man for official, We plan to flood the server on day 1, utilising all our knowledge, I have been in big tribes such as Evil Empire, Flagship originally, Iron Legion, and many others that are known within official, quit within the last year though as the duplicated items got too much.

I'm looking to make a team of players who will work well together with integrity, and actual communication, as well as form bonds with each other and chemistry to make sure we come out on top.

We want to be an organised tribe, a fun tribe, but also a winning tribe.

I'm looking for requirements that are not to steep, I was known as Trinity and have lead many successful tribes, but would like some fresh faces, I've been in the top tribes and have been leader of top tribes.

My requirements are as suited;

2,000+ Hours in Ark Survival
18+ (And mature, some adults are still mentally children).
Be able to commit a few hours a day at minimum
A good microphone
Ability to work as a team
No toxicity towards tribe mates
English speaking

I have a few roles I need filling,

I need 2-3 leaders,

I need 6-8 group managers (Farming group, Taming group, Building group, Breeding group).

The rest will be members and eventually up voted into admins, hopefully we all remain together and become a strong tribe who has trust within each other.

One of my main rules will be to not bully the smaller tribes but to help them, because they will also help us in benefit of defending our server which is a mistake many bigger tribes make by making too many enemies, also smaller tribes tend to fill up the population of the server which in-turn would help any mass flooding of raids.

Q: Do we plan to expand the tribe beyond that member count?
A: No, unless we end up with the same mega tribe issues as last time, then it's a possibility we would have to join an alliance or get another big tribe to live on the server beside us.
