About the leveling system...

So as to my knowledge there is character level progression. So my question is will a higher level player be more powerful than a lower level character or will every player have the same playing field on each other? The same goes for different level dinos. I assume only high level players will be able to kill the higher level dinos and vice versa?

I think it is related to your level, your skills have such meaning, of course weapons state.

A high level player will have higher stats then a lower level player since you level in a 'tech tree' as well as gaining points for stats. I am however thinking that this does not outplay the basics of the game and a fresh character can probably still be a threat to an older character.

When it comes to dinos I have no information I can offer. :(

i think you can kill anything even with spears. it's more depending in how much time you like to invest to kill a bigger one. and get shure he isn't killing you
