Spider question.

So... I got a little problem before I end up buying this (really is everything I've ever wanted in a Dinosaur title though) The spiders. I was hoping I could maybe get a screen shot or straight screen shot of the models. I seriously won't touch this till I see what they look like in game :( I can't even play Skyrim without an insects begone mod. So yeah...

Because I totally love this even though these damn things are in game I'll still give my money to you on the 2nd and I guess I'll just avoid caves till my buddy of mine gets the game. Oh and because I haven't seen a dev team answering questions and being this opened since the Star Citizen dudes started their little thing.

It truly saddens me to see someone with a phobia for these interesting little blighters... Spiders are scary, yes, but they are also interesting as heck, and some of them, cute (Think those stubby little jumping spiders).... I hope we get a mod to replace the creepycrawlies with dodo's or something, for your sake..

We have a large spider in the house who is a pet-not-pet (about 7 inch span). We just don't bother her. We call her Seven of Eight (Soey) because she has only seven legs. Even though this is Oz, we know she is not venomous, just very large.

Anyway, a friend had a massive freak out at a Barbie because she decided she'd crawl over me and onto his arm. His fright was so bad he had to lay down and eventually go home, and after seeing that I will never ever make fun of anyone who is scared of spiders (or snakes etc). He is one of the toughest old bastards I know but his reaction was such that I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

I'll just say this. I'm 24 and I scream for my mommy when ever I see one. A few years ago one was crawling from the ceiling onto my mouse pad. I drove off of my chair as if I was under gun fire.

i am generally terrified of almost all bugs, i am the type that won't sleep until i know that bug i saw in my room is GONE., yet, in games, which is just virtual/fantasy, it does not bother me. i think some people just force themselves into believing things that aren't true to be true.. just like the people who believe they will die or get sick because of certain food allergies (ie gluten,etc).. it's all in the head..
