Radio Tower ?

On facebook there seems to be some idea going around, about more then one Tribe, there seems to be a lot o good folk who wanna make there tribes but be cool neighbours, what about building a Radio Tower to talk to one another ?

You can currently craft radios and share frequency to communicate across the ARK (when a server is set to use proximity voice or text chat), but a tower is also an interesting idea to flood all frequencies over an area (or jammer). Also loudspeakers, potentially.

would be cool if you where somewhere in the jungle and hear the alarm of your village from far away...

So we allready have chatting with entire isle, now you want to add something like this? Whats the point for adding this when there are loads of voice programs that can be used with this gane allready? You want to have a concert? I am getting the idea some people have surpassed the survival part of this game by a way too long shot allready while its not even done ...

I want people having fun, at the moment i live in the stone age. On my server ive not heard about radio's yet. and my game seems to lag a lot when there are other people around me when one of those caches comes down so i have no clue whats in them, let along a chance to get them :( Today i had the bug were you can fall through the ground and have to swim to the shore for the first time, i thought it was funny :) I like fun, but not large crowds, also not if it gives me so much lag ive got no chance at anything :(

I now realised i started with a somewhat wrong attitude here. Its just that there seem to be a lot of changes and most i do seem to like, maybe with a few days i will be into this radio thing :)

Ah... That's better. Nice and quiet. If I wanted a Deejay, I'd go to a club - Not tune into a musical radio station.
