Supplies will be dropped randomly on the island by some... unknown means, it should be like dying light where its random.
You can also find randomly generated loot in the caves.
What is to keep people from simply building a fence around the drop points if they are static to keep them for themselves each time (at least on PVE).
Does the color indicate quality, type, level, location, or is it just random?
Red = Lvl 60
Yellow = Lvl 45
Purple = Lvl 35
Blue = Lvl 25
Green = Lvl 15
White = Lvl 5
I absolutely, positively opened a purple at level 30. Something's not right with this level chart.
Could completly be bugged. But those are the requirements when you try to use them and you can't. When I was level 26, Purple says 35 is required. Minor issue though.
First purple I ever encountered was the one I opened, so seems maybe it's set to allow you to open at 30, but text says 35? Probably a simply bug like you say.
Hate that Red is level 60 instead of 55.
Oh well we shall see in the coming days or weeks when/if start building bases around drop zones.
