Crafting better items.

I know theres a way to craft better items witht he primitive/ramshackle/journeyman etc qualitys and higher effective damage on weapons. My only question is how to do this. Does anyone know? Is it even in game yet?

Yes, it is ingame. You have to go to those supply drops and open them. Sometimes you'll get a pretty blueprint for the upgraded item. It works just like an engram except you can lose it when you die due to it being an actual item and not a memory like engrams are. Forgive me if any of this is incorrect. I know you can find them in the supply drops, but I never really used a blueprint. Goodluck with those high quality items (better grade saddles really make your dino a lot more powerful, go armor)!

A couple discussion prop up with this question. I've yet to test it myself, but you either have a chance of making better quality at higher levels, or there are blueprints from loot caches that let you make a specific quality of gear. No confirmation on my end though sadly :(
