Switching to tribe chat

Hello,

I'm having troubles changing to tribe chat
In fact it doesn't work at all.
I do have an azerty keyboard so that might be it.
But for me "/" in the beginning or end of a sentence doesn't switch to tribe chat.
In fact / does nothing.

Any ideas?

Press "/" instead of "enter" when going into chat and it should put you in tribe chat

Hey, Angel of death. Backslash in Azerty keyboards is actually Shift+Colon (Or Shift+:), so while you're trying to press the Backslash on your keyboard to access the Chat Box, all the game is getting is Shift+Colon which isn't bound to Toggle Chat Box(or anything for that matter).
You can set the chat box to toggle with the backslash if you wish from the ini as mentioned above, or just choose another key.

If you own a server ( payed multiplayer ) or just an admin of one there are settings for that on the website, go to "Modify Server Configuration" or something like that, and look under "Base Configuration tab". Scroll down till you find "Global voice chat" and "Proximity chat", make sure, those two must be unchecked. Hope that helped!
