Tribe chat not working for me.

I cant seem to find where to change tribe chat option, I got an azerty keyboard and I tryed changing the keybinding for toggle chatbox but the only thing it does is changes auto hide enable to disable or other way arround

If you mean to go from Tribe / Global (or vice versa), bring up the chat window. Make sure you have focus to the text box where you type. Press "Enter" with nothing in the textbox. It took me a while to figure this out. They should have something that indicates how to do that.
