Water: ichthyosaur
Air: pteranodon
Procopton using its jump. Second is giga. Oh, might be galli now - forgout about it.
Water I think is ichthy, though I think the same guy tested that too so you could look it up. <3 my 250% ms ichthy and 200 ms ptera

I can't hear you on your galli with it's head in the wall while trying to turn. The Galli probably has the worst turning of all dinos, I'm sure it would be awsome in a straight line, but that's barely ever the case on the island: ACTUALLY, if we're talking about speed on the island, get a Terrorbird, max it in speed, it's the ONLY dino that doesn't die jumping off a mountain, and will most likely glide you all the way home FROM said Mountain. I'm gonna test it with a bred Terrorbird, spec'd in speed, and see how quickly, with it, I can cross the island; only downside I see is that it obviously can't scale cliffs like a ptera, but it should still be nice and fast for whatever you need; cept carrying:p cause they can't do much of that sadly...
Itchy for water
Pteradon for air
I was trying to place galli's in my egg farm. What a pain in the ass that was! Ended up having to encumber them so I could have time to adjust the direction.
Didn't say it was great at turning, I said for pure speed nothing else beats it on land. Which is what the question was in this thread. If they asked which dinosaur is best for crossing terrain I wouldn't have even given a thought to Galli.
Fair nuff, I was simply answering the wrong question: a question not asked, but I seemingly implied it was.
Funny enough sarcos base swim speed is almost as high as the mosa, but because it cant sprint it falls way behind in the long run.
