before you join a server add the server to your favorites but make sure its a official one.
then you just filter your favorite server and join it again.

Well thats unfortunate. A first time player would rarely think to do that. Thanks for the reply!

I always write down my servers lol, especially on unfinished games you never know what can happen.
There is a my survivors option ingame which would show it if you've played int he past 2 days or so.

I had the same problem, then I went to (in Steam Client) View/Servers/History and looked for the Ark Server that I last played on (by date) with a known created character.

When you go to join, select "My Survivors" You should be able to figure it out from there. :)

That may only seem to work if you have only logged into one server. I have three servers in "My Survivor" list and know that I only have one character I have ever created. The other two servers are ones I logged into and am still at the character creation screen.
"My Survivor" is basically the Steam Server History list of recently logged on.

Dear friend,

Can you explain a bit more steps how you checked it, please?

I tried to find View in steam client, but I missed :(

in the top left you have "steam" and then slightly to its right "view"(or your native language word for it). Then you pick the "servers" option from the drop down menu. In the new popped-up screen you click on "history" (or your native language word for it), It''s the third tab in any case. There you can see what servers you logged on to.

Hello Hawk,

Please, do not go anywhere. I will switch the language to Eng and will try to reproduce your steps.

Thanks in advance :)

The easier way is to select "My Survivors" in the server filter in game (bottom left ).

I have found my character, using Hawk's advice.
But I wounder where is this list of " My survivors"?

I launched the game and see only versoin of the game in the bottom left in the main menu of the game.

Click Join Ark in the centre of your screen and the server list will appear, then just below the list on the left hand side is "server filter:" with a blue drop down menu next to it (saying official most likely) click on that and you get more options to filter with (official, unofficial, my survivors, favorites, friends, LAN and non-dedicated sessions).
