How to make narcotics?

I got the pestle and mortar and learnt the narcotics but how do you actually make it?

Go into the morter and pestile, then double click the file thingin the morter and pestile inventory. Three more file things will show up. Double click "drugs" and then you can craft it if you have AT LEAST 1 Rotten Meat, and 5 Narcoberries.
