How to remove dye
Hello

So i just applied some dye to my house, but yeah, dont want it.

Anyone know how i can remove the dye?

Yeah, but the thing is, i didnt quite understand it at first, so i painted some of the walls inside aswell :/ Dont want that :(

as far as i can tell there is no paint stripper as of yet, think it will be a case of tearing the affected walls down and rebuilding them heres hoping its just a simple thatch wall

Yep someone trolled me on a PVE server with my wooden walls. Shame you can't do anything about it. Building and design is very fun aspect of the game to me as well, and to have trolls just paint your walls is silly, painting walls should be locked to the person who built the structure and there should be a paint remover. I'm on a PVE server so this is very applicable, upto you if you want this troll play in pvp.

Yep. Someone did my place also. Guess it was the same @#%$er that robbed me a week earlier. Leave traps out now. I guess him/her/they don't like that. Assuming it was the same culprit/s, Couldn't get in, trap was gone, so they trashed my walls.

Get out yourself, son. There's nothing worse than googling a problem only to find some ancient thread with no answer. This one was high in the results and I'm glad to find a solution. Every unanswered question deserves to be necroed.

This was a thread before there was a solution. There is a solution. Soap. Says right in the engram description what it does. Or a simple search on the wiki.
There's plenty of places that have the answer. Wiki, patch notes, youtube videos etc.

Like he said, CautiousCreeper, this is a top google result when you try to find the answer. I just found the answer today solely because of this thread and his comment. It doesn't matter how many places have the answer, what matters is how easy the answer is to find.

You can also use White paint with your spray painter it will put it back to original (I dont know if it work with everything, but it worked for my metal walls)
