Dedicated Server .bat Files

I've made a post over on the reddit, offering some .bat files for server admins and how to use them. They're fairly simple, but most guides I've seen don't talk about making a .bat to keep the server up to date, or one to properly stop the server in Windows, so I wrote them up:

Thanks for the good work friend, Im a bit rusty on running dedicated servers. I did manage to get my server going tonight. But now there is a new problem, I see many including myself cant seem to get the console working in the current build of the game. Would using your bat file to start up a server help this?

The console is bindable now. Mine is working fine, I set ti to the equals key.

Ya I understand you can change the key to activate the console, I just cant get any server commands to work. They work fine on single player, but wont work on my private server even with my admin password. Many are having the same issue. Im working on double checking my ini files, hopefully I can figure it out.

I haven't tried any admin commands since the last patch. Let me check on that.
