Same, I have gotten the NO Sessions Found! thing since i first downloaded the game. I can play local solo but that is it, no sessions are ever found. Even going through the steam servers it seems to list alot of servers but cannot connect to a single one.

It is not my net connection as i can play all my online games just fine, have had this issue with ARK since release with no fix in sight and i know alot of other people are stuck like this....

I have the exact same problem no servers in the game and from Steam I can't join the servers.
Many patches ago when I bought this game all worked just fine but after a certain patch (can't remember the number of it) the servers are not visible anymore.

Sad thing is I have not found many others with the same problem and thus do not think the Devs will address this issue any time soon :(

Ok here was my solution to fix this, after the patch something changed and my ZoneAlaram firewall would not let the game connect to servers. I went in ZoneAlarm and granted manually permission to this game and now I can see the servers again.

Mate has same issues but I can play and find servers fine. His doesnt have a Healthy server message at top and finds no sessions. If he tries loading from steam servers game just hangs on loading screen with no loading bars. We tried validating, I sent him my ini files and we tried a wipe and fresh install. Hes using windows built in firewall even.

Definitely sounds like dosdagen is on the right track here. Check your firewalls, sounds like something is blocking the game's internet access.

Try shutting down steam, run as administrator, verify game cache, it should work then

I have been beating my head against this issue all week.

Restarted computer/server|
checked fire wall status
Switched virus protection software completely
validated the files
Ran in admin

still couldn't see servers or log into the dedicated one I set up (on my main computer)
I Could log into servers on my steam account on my other computer and my wife's so I knew it was something in my computer.

MY SOLUTION:
I finally was able to solve it by going into the saves file undar ARK/ShooterGame/Saved and removing everything (moving it out of the file should work)

Not sure why this would fix it, (A dev would be better able to answer that) My guess is that either I got a bad state configuration (either by a bad version on first install or by playing around with it myself). Either way, I hope this saves some other weary soul the troubles I have had.
