@Dev, is it possible to migrate a server?
Hello, me and my friends have been playing on a dedicated server for the coop experience. We have gotten quite for with our stuff. (See the utopia http://i.imgur.com/Vt5Fc0U.jpg).

A friend of mine has now acquired a server we can host it on rather than my gaming rig like we do now.

Is there a way to migrate this saved world to the new server so everything is saved and we can just start it up on the server and keep playing as it is now?

Sure it is

Just copy "force_install_path\ShooterGame\Saved" folder to transfer everything. The main data is located in a folder called SavedArks. You may also have to backup the SavedArksLocal folder which currently contains a 1kb file on my server, but I don't think thats required.

SavedArks Folder :-
Individual Players / Characters *.arkprofile files.
Tribes and Associated Players *.arktribe files
The Actual Island in its current state: TheIsland.ark

Sounds easy as ♥♥♥♥!
Forgot to mention the way I host it atm is a .bat file with this

"start ShooterGameServer.exe TheIsland?QueryPort=27015?SessionName=TRIO?MaxPlayers=127?listen?ServerPassword=SECRET?ServerAdminPassword=SECRET? -nosteamclient -game -server -log"

>Not actual passwords.

This doesn't change anything right?

All we need to do is the same as I did?

Open ports on server
install ark
Place the .bat file in the folder
Copy /Saved folder

and it should work yeah?

Just try it, make a backup of the folder. Can't see why it wouldn't all youre doing is transfering data.
