Game not responding on loading a server (ark survival evolve)

I launch the game all good until i click join a server, then after that if i run task manager it says the game is not responding, can i get any help with it ?

no need to be rude, was just asking. and if its not fixed after the patch ? are u gonna wait for the next 1 ?

Launch the game via the 4gb option or the Extremely Low Memory option, then click Local Play, and try to launch the game from there.

It takes me anywhere from 2min to 8min to actually have the game launch sometimes.

yes, but if u do that it says that the game is not responding on task manager? its says for me but only when i try to join a server tho

Let it sit for awhile and don't hit Ctrl-Alt-Del.

Having the same problem.

on local play i can do it gonna try at 1 unofficial server now, but it takes like a bit to load up even if it says not responding on task manager guys, just try to wait a bit

Let it sit for awhile and don't hit Ctrl-Alt-Del.

Did that. Went to the shops for 20 minutes and it was still not responding.

Yeah, I was having this problem too. The only way I got mine to work was to set everything to low, set it to full screen then exited the game, then I launched it with the extremely low memory option, then joined a local. Then, when I was in game, I raised the quality to medium and it ran fine for me.

I can join a local fine without going to low memory. I just cannot join a server because it stops responding during the connection.
